Terms of Payment
Payment Methods
1. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card online, Bank transfer direct to Emerald Villa Services or Cash.
If you wish to pay by Bank transfer our account details are as follows:

1a. Credit/Debit card transactions, Bank transfer and Cash payments are all subject to currency conversion rates applicable on the day of transaction.
1b. Credit/Debit cards used must be affiliated to a member of the booking party/guest.
Increments
Rates are subject to 7% VAT, 10% Service Charge and 1% Provincial room tax per villa per day.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation fee is required as a booking deposit (applicable to all reservations made prior to 8 weeks before arrival date).
Balance of Payment
Full balance of payment must be made within 8 weeks of arrival date. On the day of departure any costs for additional services you may have used during your stay will be due payable.
Advance Payment
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival date full payment of the total cost of booking will be due payable in advance.
Cancellation
Your deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation of booking.
Booking Confirmation
Minimum booking period is 5 nights.
Initial booking and deposit payment confirmation will be sent by email.
If you have requested additional elements to your package such as breakfast/drinks packs, In Villa services,car/motorbike hire or other Item hire, then we may contact you by telephone to relay information or confirm exact dates these services are required on.
Within 4 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive an information pack containing your booking and deposit receipt, information on your airport pick up and confirmation of additional services booked.
Check In -Check Out
- Check In 3pm
- Check Out 12.00 Noon.
If you require an earlier check in or later check out we will try to accommodate your requirements. A fee of 500 Baht per hour will be applicable.
General Terms & Conditions
Guests shall comply with all rules and procedures in effect at Tamarind Villa Resort, including but not limited to Health & Safety, Security and statutory requirements as to registration.
The maximum occupancy of Villa accommodation is as follows:
- 3 Bed Villa up to 6 Persons
- 4 Bed Villa up to 8 Persons
Smoking is prohibited inside of the villa.
Guests may smoke outside in the privacy of their own garden area if required, providing ashtrays supplied are used.
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure safe keeping of all personal valuables and personal effects in or outside of the villa.
Emerald Villa Services do not take responsibility for any loss or damage with regard to personal valuables or effects during your stay.
We advise all guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to your arrival.
Visitors to guests on site are required to sign in on arrival and departure to maintain Tamarind Villas security standards.
We ask all guests to respect the privacy of neighbouring villa guests and not exceed acceptable noise levels during their stay.
